After many months, here's finally the last chapter of this book!

Once again, Shiori lends a hand to a club in trouble. This time, it's a group of students who want to revive the calligraphy club, and in order to do that, they need a good showing at the upcoming culture festival. That also goes for Kensuke (who I'll refer to by first name, since the author keeps changing his last name for some reason), so he needs to stay behind for some private lessons with Shiori.

I wonder if writing calligraphy on a girl is a thing. It should be a thing.

What now...?
Small rant regarding my projects; i.e., where I do both the translation and editing.

One big reason as to why it has taken me ~3 months to release this last chapter is me focusing on Comiket doujins over tankoubons for about half a year now. I apologize to those of you waiting for this and new Drill Jill chapters, but hopefully you've enjoyed at least some of the other stuff I've been putting out. While we're currently in the middle of C85, the next one is pretty far off (since they take place in August and December), so I'll probably get a lot more tankoubon work done in the upcoming months.

For now, I won't start on any new (solo) project, and I'll focus entirely--tankoubon-wise, since I still have a lot of C85 doujins I wanna do--on completing the last three chapters of Spermaniax, so I'll have that out of the way when the third and final book is released.

Another reason to why this has taken so long is that I'm just not very motivated to work on this at the moment. I love Charlie Nishinaka, and it's really typesetting and cleaning the bad scans that bums me out. For that reason, I probably won't start on Vol.04 right after Spermaniax, and instead, I'll do at least one other book in-between.

I'm going to finish the Narikiri/Choice series, but it won't be the next thing I finish. The only exception to this would be if some experience editor would offer to do the editing, in which case I'd have no problem providing a translation.

Here's the penultimate (because that's cooler than "second last") chapter of this book! The keen observer might've noticed that this release is only categorized under "yuri," which is intentional. What can I say? Everybody loves Shiori-chan.

Playing strip rock-paper-scissors with a bunch of horny models might not be such a good idea. No, actually, that sounds like a very good idea--at least if you don't mind being gang raped by swimsuit models.

The school has set up a haunted house, and with the girl who was supposed to play the yukionna sick, who's better to fill in that role than Shiori?

All she has to do is to poke her head out from behind some props and look at the visitors as they pass by in their boats. Showing a cold expression fitting for a yukionna is easier said than done when there's someone else hiding in the background with you.

Also, I never should've started watching anime again. Going through all these old shows which has now been brought to a conclusion--like Zero no Tsukaima. All these feels, man. It's like "Free Willy" back when I was 8 or something all over again.

It's a new year, and I'm a year older, a year wiser (hopefully)! Having your birthday so close to Christmas isn't too bad when you're moving in January~

I've more-or-less settled in to my new place by now, so I should be able to get back to the translation business again. This particular release has been ~80% done for a very long time now, so it didn't take all too long to finish. That being said, expect more releases to come staring next month!

This chapter brings us the oh-so-typical magical girl cosplay, followed by a rather revealing bikini, and finally a bandage-wrapped Shiori-chan. Also for once, she seems a bit excited about the next outfit planned for her!

01 - Narikiri #12

After many years, the new tankoubon is scanned, and I can finally finish what I started back in 2009. In fact, volume 4 is also available, so you can expect a lot of Charlie Nishinaka in the near--and probably distant--future.

If you've read the previous chapter, the concept is very much the same. Each chapter has Shiori being dressed up in a new outfit and embarrassed--usually in public to further the embarrassment.

However, these new volumes has a lot more yuri than the previous ones. Some chapters are exclusively yuri, and others--like this--are mixed. Some new characters are introduced, but the one thing that is constant is Shiori in the midst of everything.

The chapter doesn't really provide any conclusion, but then again it's not the last one in the series. Expect the usual stuff with a twist, although it probably doesn't come as a surprise if you remember how the previous chapter ended.
