[Charlie Nishinaka] Choice Vol.02 Ch.05

Charlie Nishinaka must be pretty annoying in real life if he speaks the same way as his characters. You know, where everything has a question mark at the end of it? With an upward inflection? At the end of every sentence? Also exclamation mark, everywhere!

    I agree with regard to the annoyance of question marks in non-interrogative sentences.

    Very common with the pretentious.
