The student council president is tasked to help a transfer student to get used to his new school. They seem to take a liking to each other, but things get a bit awkward when he sees her disciplining another student. We also get a flashback of her dominating her first guy; thus the loli.
Some minor changes were made to #1 (mainly cleaning some gutter stuff), and since it's so small anyway, it's included here.
