08-10 - Fudoutei Academy 1 - 3
AntiAgingAnon suggested that we finish the story in the last three chapters of this book. The art is neat and the stories are quite amusing, so I helped out with the translation. Chapter 10 is the newly translated chapter, but all the other previously translated chapters have been reedited by AntiAgingAnon.
The last story is about a school with a tyrannical student council president who takes a liking to a first-year student. He pretty soon discovers that her personality changes when her hat is removed, at which point she becomes really shy. That's the general story, and in the third and final chapter, the school organizes their first cosplay tournament.
The second file contains the "Fudoutei Student Academy" triology (with the now translated final chapter), and the first file is all the other, unrelated chapters.

ReplyDeleteI was looking at the release history for this on mangaupdates, and I couldn't id or find ch3 of this book, which was released.

Sorry, not trying to make you do extra work. Just that scanlators tend to be better at digging up releases.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't find any translated version of chapter 3. Someone probably added chapter 4 as chapter 3, since there's no release for chapter 4.

ReplyDeleteA typo report, if you care, I remember clearly seeing, in Fudoutei chapter 1, in the page where the guy has fun removing the girl's hat (no idea how to call that sort of hat), she threatens him about it being confidential, and there is the word "peraphs", instead of "perhaps".

ReplyDeleteBTW I found a typo at page 17 "would tastes bitter" --> either "would" or the ess is redundant... It would be swell if you could fix it for the batch release. Thanks again.
