While on this topic, here's what will happen in the near future:
1. "Chu-Gakusei Diary" will be put on hiatus for the time being. I've already menationed this, but I was only going to do the first three stories, but when skimmed thought the rest of the book I thought, "why not?" Now I know why not. I don't really like the remaining stories. NRT and generally gloomy. Might pick up where I left off some day.
2. I'll be dropping the planned "Ohisama no Nioi no Suru Shoujo" project. However, ThorW and I will instead work on "Shall we Game?" Mostly for the same reasons as above. OnNnSS is just a bunch of oneshots, while there's a humorous, ongoing story throughout the SwG book. First chapters are already translated~

Well, I always did like Shall We Game, so it'll be awesome to see it done.
ReplyDeleteAlso, what's funny about the NTR story in Chu-Gakusei Diary is that it takes place at the same school as the main story, so it could happen/be happening to those girls too lol.
Glad you are going to do "Shall We Game" as I could never convince Hayama to do it. He would TL it... but he didn't want to edit it for obvious reasons and he couldn't find anyone willing.

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you're stopping CGD. I too hate NTR, but this one didn't seem as bad. Chapter 1 is horrible, but if I understood right, didn't the girl just go crazy in the heat of the moment, but afterwards still only wanted her Onii-chan?

ReplyDeleteIt's not zero chance that I'll pick it up in the future, but it's not very likely either. I prefer to work on different authors (with some exceptions), and I will finish SwG first, so it'll be a while either way.
