[Hisakawa Chin] Stargazing Night

Now this is one cute, heartwarming story. Better soak up all the cuteness now since I'm planning for a double release next week of Charlie Nishinaka's Prisoner (8 + 9), not as heartwarming... at least it's something for the Gundam fans out there.

    Thanks for translating it! This was one of my favorite stories in the tankoubon, and I was hoping that someone picked it up for translation. So glad that you did it.

    My only criticism is that you used 'pervert' for 'ecchi' too many times. Yeah, the girl does say 'ecchi' a lot. Still, I think 'pervert' is too strong a translation and having her saying it so many times warps her character somewhat. For a more shy character like her, I'd imagine her using less 'strong' words like 'Saitou, you're so naughty' or "You're so bold" in the beginning before moving on to "You're so dirty/perverted" nearing the climax.

    I was actually thinking the same thing when I was translating this, I was leaning towards "perv" but in the end I used "pervert" since I'm not a big fan of slang. I think you get it from the context that she's not going "FUCKING PERVERT!", but I agree with you. The English language needs more toned down alternatives to sex related words, "penis" is getting a bit worn out by now -_-
