[Dr.P] Ren’ai Stampede! Ch.05

05 - Yue Negative

Wow. This chapter comes with quite the twist. It starts out with some light-weight NTR; another girl confesses the the boy the main girl likes. What to do? Well, in the end she decides to become a shut-in (hikikomori if you feel weeaboo). Edited by ThorW.

This is the final chapter that introduces a new set of characters. in the rest of the book we'll revisit some of the characters from Dr.P's previous book. Most old characters makes an appearance, but some only as side characters.

  2. That had nothing to do with NTR. Nothing. If you misuse the term, you'll confuse people.

    Also, awesome release, I loved it, like I do all DR. P stuff. Moar! Thanks for translating, I love you for it. I will clone babies for you as a monument to your glory.

  3. I've been waiting for the complete tank before I download this, but I just wanted to say. This chapter looks guarenteed to be awesome. Although everything I've seen from Dr. P (all on this site, by the way) has been good. Cheers, YQII-kun.

  6. I thought calling it "light-weigh," the succeeding description, the lack of a NTR tag, and the link to the actual definition would make it somewhat clear that I was joking when I called it NTR.

  7. How would a link to the definition help make that clear? Wouldn't that just worry people since you actually know what it means? Also, YQII isn't a very tag heavy site. Most sites would throw tags like "happy sex", "Dr.P", :Renai Stampede" or "yandere" (light elements, for real) up for a release like this.

    And the succeeding description? Only makes it clear that you're being purposefully vague about the plot.

    More reasons why it's not clear you're joking? Misuse of the NTR tag has been rampant, with alarmists putting it on things with mild jealousy, cheating wife, rape, or mind break that wouldn't otherwise qualify.

    And lastly, and more importantly, it will never be clear that you're joking when you've failed to write anything that is funny or looks like a joke. Go figure, huh?

    Sorry, I guess. A lot of people are unclear on what constitutes NTR, even after reading the definition, and I thought maybe I should help out by clarifying and reassuring other possibly worried readers who are checking out the comments.

  8. tl;dr

    NTR = cheating/rape/sexual jealousy

    jealousy = jealousy

  10. I'm not really a Dr. P fan, but this one was 10/10. While the sex scenes leave something to be desired for, the story and the characters made up what was missing (specially the shut-in).

    Thanks YQII
