Seems like the author behind Kaiten-Sommelier calls himself 13 (and apparently he Sprechen Sie Deutsch). I didn't know he had done any magazine publications, this one is from mid-'03. Brought to my attention and edited by AntiAgingAnon. Your standard "incest, but they're not blood-related, so it's awwright" story, but with a twist.
